How to cut your generator expenses into half
I am excited to have you on my blog.
Nigeria is the best country in the world due to the resources we are best with.
But, we do not have regular electricity or light.
I believe the federal and state government have the money to give Nigerians light. But, generator sellers, petrol stations and diesel sellers will go out of biz.
Most Nigerians are faced with buying petrol or diesel DAILY for their generators.
If u have a 2.2KVa petrol generator, u will be spending at least 2000 naira daily for 24hrs. We have 365 days in a year. Multiply to get 730000 naira per year for that alone.
U can save money by turning it on at 7pm at nite till 4am. U will spend 1000 naira daily.
Good luck!

I went to their office. I was impressed with d fast customer service. I completed d BB form and they told me to buy recharge cards worth 5000 naira and load to my BB.
Wait for 24 hours for activation. Send a text, titled, BIS to 21600 and I will have to turn it off for 5 mins. Restart and after 24 hours, I was browsing.

How to save money on Glo, Zain, MTN recharge cards
I am happy that, u r reading my blog.
It has been confirmed that, there is "recession" or "global meltdown" or whatever financial analysts decide to call it. One thing remains d same and that is, people are loosing their jobs, homes, moneys and investments.
So, we need to save money and cut back on our expenses.
If u live in Nigeria, u will agree that, mobile phones companies are milking people dry with their rates.
For instance, top up or load 100 naira onto your MTN fone and u will be spending less than 2 mins dependin on your tariff.
Most people use MTN and they do not bother to check the new entrants in d market. They include: Visafone, Zoom and Etisalat.
These new entrants have better rates and offer bonuses to call people on the same network.
Zoom offers free weekend calls. They have d cheapest call rate to any GSM no at 16 naira per min.
Visafone is commonly used by most Call Centres. It tells me that, their rates are good.
I dont top up or load Glo or MTN cuz they charge too much.
But, MTN Blackberry service is d best in Nigeria as far as I am concerned. It costs 5000 naira per month.
Go to a wholesaler where u live and buy in bulk. Bulk means, u have to buy 5 cards of 200 naira Zoom, for instance.
For instance, I used to buy 5000 naira MTN from a Call centre. But, I saved 250 naira by buying d same cards from a wholesaler. Saving costs.
Go to the websites of Glo, Zain, Mtn, Zoom, starcomms, visafone, etisalat and check out promos and how u can SAVE money.

How To Find Property Hotspots in Nigeria
Welcome to my blog! I am glad to have you.
How do you find property hotspots in Nigeria?
Well, it depends on what you want from the property.
Is it for property renovation, letting to students, middle class renting, land speculating or commercial?
In Lagos, Lekki area is an hotspot. This means, you can buy a property in 2009 for 20Million Naira in a year's time, it will definitely double to around 40 Million.
There are various testimonials from people to confirm this.
But, if you cannot afford 20 Million naira, look for areas where the state or federal government are proposing to do a big project.
In Abuja, Jabi, Utako and satellite towns are good hotspots.
Thank You!

How To Choose An Estate Agent In Nigeria
Welcome to my blog! I am pleased to have you.
How do you choose an estate agent in nigeria?
There are so many unprofessional estate agents who lack the training and customer service in dealing with clients.
There are several ways:
1. Ask questions about your local area.
2. Visit the office - check out the presentation and layout of the office.
3. Do they offer FREE Newsletters?
4. Do they have a Website? This is essential in today's internet world.
5. What marketing tools do they use to market your property?
6. Did they give you a business card on your first visit?
7. Are they qualified?
8. Where do they advertise your property?
9. Can they offer interior decorating tips to make your property sell faster?
10. What strategic partnerships have they joined to offer you the best service?
Thank You!

Do I have to fill out a lot of paperwork and keep track of who and who is in my group? He said, No.
Do I have to pay a lot of money up front to get started? He said, No.
I said, WoW! I love this program.
I said, what is in it for me?
He said, I should imagine a new way to LEARN THAT TAKES ONLY MINS A DAY & produces LIFE CHANGING RESULTS. I will receive a new topic of success each month by receiving a short 10 - 15mins lesson each day, M - F over 1 month. I will be given daily ACTION PLANS showing me how to put this new knowledge to use in my daily life.
I said, DAILY ACTION PLANS, that's fantastic. 'Continue', I said.
He said, Success University is a personal development program that, encourages people to think positively about themselves and the work they do. Each time, I login to my private learning center, I will have instant access to the ultimate lineup of personal coaches, famous speakers and authors & Trainers. Such as, Robert Allen, Les Brown, Jim Cathcart, Lisa Jimenez, Denis Waitley, Ron White, Zig Ziglar and many more....
By this time, I was saying, 'how can I enrol'?
He said, let me explain how you can EARN at least $40,000 per month.
I said, what? Are you joking?
He said, No, I am serious. He said, you are great with Marketing and Sales.
I said, 'Yes'. So, he said, teach people how to make money.
I said, I promise to teach anyone who wants to make money my secrets.
'Go on', I said.
He said, First is the Weekly Bonus - for each premium student I personally enrol, I will receive a weekly cheque of up to $20.
Secondly, Weekly Dual Team Infinity Bonuses - I will earn a commission cheque PAID WEEKLY, of up to $40, each time my organisation creates 6 total premium students.
Lastly, Monthly Dual Team Infinity Bonuses - up to $40,000 per month. Wow! I said. He said, as a qualified premium student joins my team, I will receive up to $40 (PAID MONTHLY) per every 6 monthly tuitions.

- One large or two medium chopped onions
- Salt or knorr (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Chile pepper, chopped, to taste
- Cayenne pepper or red pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil to grease muffin tin
OTHER INGREDIENTS YOU CAN PUT IN IT - Select the ones you like
- Cooked shrimp, chopped
- Cooked carrots, finely chopped
- Cooked peas
- Sweet green or red pepper (bell pepper)
- One Hard-boiled egg
- Dried, salted, or smoked fish; washed, cleaned and torn into small pieces
- Dried shrimp or prawns, washed and crushed
- Canned sardines
- Leftover cooked meat, cut into small pieces
- Dried or smoked meat, torn into small pieces
- Canned corned beef
HOW TO COOK IT
Clean the black-eyed peas in water in a large pot.
Cover them with boiling water and soak them for at least an hour or overnight.
After soaking them, rub them together between your hands to remove the skins.
Rinse to wash away the skins and any other debris. Drain them in a colander.
If the beans have soaked only a short time, they may be cooked in water over a low heat until they are partially tender.
Crush, grind, or mash the black-eyed peas into a thick paste.
Slowly add enough water to form a smooth, thick paste.
Beat with a wire whisk or wooden spoon for a few minutes.
A tablespoon of oil may be added.
In a separate container combine all other ingredients and crush and stir them together until they are thoroughly mixed.
Add the other ingredients to the black-eyed pea paste and stir to make a smooth mixture.
Grease the muffin pans (or tin cans).
Scoop the Moi-Moi mixture into your pans (or cans), allowing some room for it to rise while cooking.
Place the pans (or cans) in a baking dish partially filled with water.
Bake in a medium-hot oven for about a half-hour.
Moi-Moi in tin cans can also be steamed in a large covered pot on a stove.
Check for doneness with a toothpick or sharp knife, as one would for a cake.
ANOTHER METHOD OF COOKING MOIN-MOIN
Wrap the Moin-Moin mixture in banana leaves or aluminum foil to make small packets.
Cook the packets by steaming them in a large pot, using a rack to keep them out of the water.
You can serve hot or at room temperature.
