Go to Computer Village Ikeja for all your computer parts and buys
Hi Friend,
A lot of people use their laptops and computers on a daily basis for their business needs. It is inevitable that, these hardware will develop faults.
Go to the computer village at Ikeja for all your computer parts. Also, you can buy hardware and software there. Beware of scammers who will sell you fakes.
I can recommend a computer engineer at Sangotedo.
Please email me at adornhomes@gmail.com for his details.
Thank you for your time.

Why do you need an office in Lagos Island Nigeria
Why do you need an office in Lagos?
Hi Friend,
If you are providing a service in the UK or US, you can work from home. It is acceptable as their culture.
In Nigeria, working from home is not very acceptable. You will limit yourself to the amount of money you can earn.
For the local drink or bread seller, they can work from home in Lagos.
But, if you are a professional, you need to have an office.
Not anywhere. But, in a clean and neat environment.
Location is paramount or important in Lagos.
Some middle class clients will NOT go to some parts of Lagos to do business.
The office has to be in a shopping complex.
You have to have an air-conditioner in your office or a ceiling fan.
I am going to my office is a “social statement” in Lagos.
So, if you want to transact and make some cool naira in Lagos, start looking for that office. I am a Real Estate Agent and I can help you find an office in Lagos.
Thank you for your time.

Buy all your wholesale hair products at marina lagos Nigeria
Buy all hair products at Marina Lagos Nigeria
Hi Friend,
If you are a woman or you have daughters or sisters, then, this topic will be applicable.
The best place to buy hair products or cosmetics is at Marina or Apogbon in Lagos, Nigeria.
When you get to Marina, ask for Breadfruit Street or where they sell hair products in wholesale quantities.
They will still sell even though you are just buying one item from them.
Remember to haggle, or price it or “na oja” or price the market.
When at the market, speak in Yoruba or Pidgin English. Don’t speak, proper English. They will charge three times the price.
For instance, you say, “How much is Expression Hair?”
The seller will look at you from head to toe and quickly figure out how much she will charge you.
Seller replies, “500 Naira”.
You say, “Haba, na wetin, 250 Naira”.
Seller replies, “350 Naira”.
You insist on “250 Naira”.
Wait for her reply.
If she says, 300 Naira.
You still insist 250 Naira.
Again, wait for her reply. If she wants to sell, she will say come and take it.
Walk away. (this is a common tactic that works in the market)
She will call you back and say, come and pay.
In Lagos, if you are in the market and you want to buy anything, whatever price they call it, cut it into half.
Dress down when going to the market. Wear jeans or Ankara and no jewelry.
If you go out with a relative or friend who lives in Nigeria. Don’t speak while they are haggling. Just look and pretend that, what you are buying is not yours.
You will save yourself some cool Naira by following these rules.
Thank you for your time.
