You will earn this bonus when you become a manager.
You can become a Manager by ordering products worth 200 SV and group sales of 8000 SV in a single month.

ACHIEVEMENT BONUS 3%

A Manager who achieve monthly group sales of 5000 SV. But, Managers in your team are not part of this group sales.

STARTER KIT BONUS N4000

If someone joins your team, you will take N29,000 for their starter kit and you will take N4000 bonus from this money and you pay N25000 into Edmark’s bank account.
e.g. if 5 people join your team per month, you will be earning N20,000 per month as bonus. That is someone’s salary for the month.

LEADERSHIP BONUS 25%

You must have at least 1 Manager in your team. Also, achieve personal sales of 200 SV and the Manager must achieve a group sales of 5000 SV.

TRAVELLING FUND 2%

You must have 2 Managers under you.
Travel destination will be determined by Edmark. Not exchangeable for cash.

YEAR END BONUS 2%

You must have 3 Managers under you.
Calculated every month and paid in November bonus of the following year.

CAR FUND 3%

You must have 5 Managers under you for 3 consecutive months.
Achieve personal sales 200 SV and group sales of 800 SV.
Money earned will appear in your monthly bank account for 48 months.
After 4 years, you can apply for a new car again.

HOUSE FUND 2%

You must have 7 Managers from different lines for 3 consecutive months.
You can enjoy this money continuously for 20 years, even if you are left with only 1 Manager.
Achieve personal sales of 200 SV.

NO DEMOTION

Unlike other companies like Mary Kay. You will not be demoted from your highest Manager position. You will still earn your monthly bonuses.
